Student left in cell for 4 days files $20M claim against DEA
Thu May 3, 2012
Another tragic result of this asinine war on informed adults who choose to ingest a relatively inocuous herb. Countless people sent to jail and millions of dollars spent by our government that seeks to control the populace by dictating what they may ingest, what they can do with their bodies, etc.
$60 light bulb comes down in price -- just in time for Earth Day
Sun Apr 22, 2012
My problem with this is it is another example of the government telling us what we can ingest, what we can do with our bodies and now what we must spend our hard earned money on.
Judge rules race tainted North Carolina death penalty case; inmate Marcus Robinson spared from death row
Fri Apr 20, 2012
This law is flawed as much or even more than Florida's "Stand Your Ground (and murder without remorse or fear of being punished) Law".

Definition of "peremtory challenge", (This is not verbatim but the gist of it). The right of either side to dismiss potential jurors, without giving a reason, if they believe they may be biased. The key word is biased and for that I refer you to the heavily black OJ Simpson jury.
Family: 911 calls show shooting of black teen was not self-defense

Both the Sanford Police Dep't and D.A. have some serious explaining to do. Zimmerman should have been in a cell that very night. And the D.A. had better not try to white wash it by charging manslaughter or negligent homiced.

French outraged by US treatment of IMF chief
Tue May 17, 2011
So, the French perverts are outraged. I understand this. After all they idolize pedophiles (Roman Polanski) and now apparently rapists. As far as I'm concerned the French can kiss my American a**. By the way i am of French Canadian descent.
US: Medicare to hit financial woes sooner than expected
Fri May 13, 2011
Love the Republicans for sticking up;p for their base. Let's make the working man the fall guy. Let's Meddle with his health care and retirement. Oh1 But let's don't ask the ones who can most afford to contribute. Let's not fiddle with the Bush tax cuts that primarily benefit the rich.
Who should be ranked No. 1?
Sat Nov 21, 2009
I personally am sick of all the Gator Haters. Florida is defending National Champs, they've won 21 straight and they play in the toughest league in the nation. The Gator haters rap; they're not winning big. Well, Alabama's not exactly tearing up the scoreboard and Texas plays in a cupcake league.
